European Lifesaving Championships

European Lifesaving Championships are held every two years. These Championships comprise both pool and surf/ocean events. The Championship is organised in the odd years between the Lifesaving World Championships.

The European Junior Lifesaving Championships for Juniors (max. 18 years of age) are held every year and comprise both pool and surf-beach events.

Rules

All European Championships 2023 will be performed following the ILSE Competition Rulebook and the ILSE European Championships Handbook. Below you will find both documents in the actual version.
